I use it to make up battery jumper cables. Works well for that application.

Just I have used for gasless and arc welding the machine is doing amazing I don't know if is a long lasting machine I was using for 9 hours non stop but was going.
Nobody can help me to get a tig welding torch. I have send an email to your company, no response. I have send a email to the builders of welder and they informed me that I can not realy use the tig function on the 165 . I am a bit disappointed.

Good day. I've recieved my pinnacle 165 welder....But,I would like to get advice how the settings should be set for,say welding iron of about 3mm thick? Should the wire feeder(left turn button)be approximately the same as on the (right amp turn knob)? I struggle to get the feeding side and the voltage side perfectely? I will appreciate,if you can give me advice? Or,maybe you can advice me with a you tube link or something,to answer my query?
